What is the standard shipping time for orders?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer a warranty on professional speed cubes?

Yes, all our professional-grade cubes come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering any mechanical defects or hardware failures.

Can I return a cube if I am not satisfied with the tension?

We offer a 30-day return policy. However, the cube must be in its original packaging and include all accessories. Please note that customized or lubricated cubes may be subject to a restocking fee.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

Do your cubes come pre-lubricated?

Most of our premium models come factory-lubricated. We also offer a specialized 'Pro-Setup' service at checkout if you prefer a specific tension and premium silicone lubricant applied before shipping.
